Very nice doctor! Straightforward but considerate and I felt like she cared. Took the time to explain the reason for the dietary changes I should make instead of just saying what foods to avoid. Now I have a better understanding and motivation. Office staff is also kind and the medical assistant was sweet and also very quick with taking vitals and blood.

I recently had my first visit with my new primary care doctor and was highly impressed. doctor Lam was very friendly, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided thoughtful care. The staff Barbara, Naila and Nurse was equally welcoming and helpful, and the clinic maintained excellent cleanliness throughout.

Appointment with the doctor was fine, went for a checkup and was prescribed some medicine and a scan of my liver. However, the medicine prescribed (a fish oil) was declined by my insurance and they needed more information from the doctor's office. That process took several weeks due to the office employees being unable to forward the message to the proper parties. A month or two later after taking the prescribed scan of my liver and finishing an alternative medicine that was prescribed to me by the doctor, I called to get more information on my situation and test results. I had to play phone tag and was told on three separate occasions that I would be receiving a phone call from a nurse to update me. Several months later and I have yet to receive any contact from this office. Would definitely not recommend anyone go here.

Pretty efficient place. I didn’t have my PCP correct on the insurance and Wanda at the front desk helped me out to avoid being billed directly. She was great as was the consultation with Dr Lam.

Dr. Lam was very nice! I hadn’t been to the doctor for a physical in 6 years. She did the basic check, nothing super thorough. If you have an issue I would suggest researching prior and asking specific questions. I was traveling abroad and she didn’t seem to be familiar with standard prep. Overall, I would see her again in a year or two for a check up.

I saw Dr. Lam for the first time for an annual check-up. Dr. Lam was thorough and personable. She explained the reasons for each recommendation, as well as gave me several opportunities to ask questions. Likewise, the registrar staff and nurses were helpful and courteous. Overall, the visit met my needs and made me feel I was in good hands.
