What started out as a life filled with promise has ground to a halt. And you've worked hard to make it better, but what you're doing isn't working. You're not sure if this is just the human condition, but a nagging sense of dread tells you there's got to be more to it than this. You proudly fly your freak flag, and can experience moments of joy, so why aren't you happy?
After therapy, you hope to be joyously connected to people. They show up for you, and you show up for them. You let the small worries go, approaching tasks with confidence and doing what you can day in and day out. You celebrate life, and feel like each day is a day well-lived. (Well, most days. No need to get perfectionist about this).
I have over five years of advanced, post-doctoral training. I am committed to keeping my skills sharp in order to be of optimum help to you!
