My first time meeting her, she was on time, polite and I no I was saying a lot but she took it all in fast and I’m a fast talker! Lol! Referrals was sent out and others are pending, and she doing a follow up next week! I believe we will have a excellent relationship! It’s a honor to see women Doctors! She wasn’t judgmental at all, waiting too see how our next visit will go, but I already know it will be great! And the office did call prior to my appointment with instructions on what I need to do, and even after the Dr left someone still picked up and just left the message so she can see the next business day! I’m a single working mother so this app and the entire process is a dream come true!! ??

They try to get you to book as many appointments as possible to keep billing you. They dont address your concerns in the first visit un purpose. This is just greedy and wrong! She refused to listen and was just concerned about making money through multiple bookings

I was nervous because I didn’t know how it worked. I was looking for a doctor asap because of a bad sore throat I couldn’t miss work or get off in time to go to an appointment. Got on zocdoc and found NP. Lakeshia Ealy. Staff and Especially NP Ealy were amazing. She listened understood asked some questions. Filled out all Required paper work online. So when it was time for our video call. Didn’t have to focus nothing but on my sickness. 100% recommend!

It was really great. Like how she talks about everything that's going on. Very friendly. Easy to talk to. Seems to really care about what's going on. To front desk also was very nice and helpful & friendly. Really glad I picked this office to come to. Will come here for now on. I finally feel like I have a family physisian.
