The staff was friendly and prepared me for the visit and ask additional intake questions. Doctor Nabila Islam is very attentive and appears to be very knowledgeable. She listened very closely to my symptoms and concerns. She explained her treatment plan and why. I was able to get my blood and urine test done right there in the office and she scheduled future appointments for me to get my exams and treatment started right away. The office was nice & so were all the staff however, they seemed to not really know what they’re doing. I came for a specific reason that was booked for the specific reason, but they were not prepared for any tests when I got to the back to be seen. Certain things can be learned for a faster process. Seems like a new facility so it may be some trial and error things.
