Gianna came in for a physical. She was very self-concious of her weight. The nurse was so sweet to her and Dr Nandi took the time to speak with her & help her with what she needs to do. They were very supportive and she felt much better after we left.

I was highly disappointed. After booking the appointment via Zocdoc, doctor's office called to come on Monday instead since the doctor had to leave and saying Zocdoc appointments are not always correct. We insisted since the baby was not well and it was hard to get another doctor given it was Saturday and followed by Sunday. They agreed only if I was able to reach in next 30 minutes. We had to rush.
After reaching there the nurse won't help even dress/undress the baby saying "it's not my job" even after seeing my wife's hand on sling support. Thankfully the doctor looked at the baby and gave tips on how to ease the baby when we reach home not taking care there itself. In all this the baby was kept undressed and crying.
We also had to change baby's diaper, we were helped with extra diaper but asked to take the dirty diaper with us for us to dump it somewhere.
This is our first baby, so we had little experience. This review is to share our experience. Not sure if everyone else does what we had to go through. However I am not going back there. There are nicer doctors and nurses I've seen in hospitals during the delivery, I am going to find someone else.
