“Due to an insurance change, we had to find a new pediatrician for my kids. I was worried I wouldn't find one as great as their previous pediatrician, but I was wrong. I am so glad we found Dr. Ao. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and he personally called to confirm the appointment (which, wow!). Wait time when we got to the office was practically none, and they were able to fit my other child as a walk-in for his toe. The office staff were polite, patient, helpful, and respectful, which added to the appeal. He made sure to listen to everything and asked questions to ensure he had all the information. No feeling like you're being rushed out of the office. He, then, explained everything and made sure you understood before moving on to the next topic. My child did not cry getting his vaccination (yay!), and his office was decorated appropriately for kids. He does telehealth via wechat as well. Definitely recommend. Read Less”

He is comprehensive, professional and knows what he is doing. His bedside manner is easygoing with sense of humor. Very approachable, my girls like him a lot.

First of all, Dr. Ao is very patient and very caring towards children, which is very important for a pediatrician.
Secondly, Dr. Ao is very professional and answered all our questions and provided a lot of parenting advice, which was very helpful to us.
Finally, we can easily contact the doctor through various means, even after hours. We have seen several pediatricians before, and it was difficult to contact those doctors when we had questions or some emergencies. Dr. Ao is very good and he will answer our questions in a timely manner, which makes us feel at ease.
We highly recommend Dr. Ao.

The entire office staff is welcoming and efficient, making every visit smooth and stress-free. Dr. Ao's gentle and patient demeanor always puts our baby, at ease during checkups, and their expertise gives us peace of mind knowing she's in excellent hands.
