I traveled all the way to this office to not see the doctor I booked. I take accountability that I was 9 mins late due getting lost in the area. I got there and the staff was past aggressive, they didn’t take my insurance and the doctor I specifically booked for a reason wasn’t there and I wasn’t informed beforehand. I mentioned to the staff they should probably inform the patient if the doctor is not available. I ended up not being able to see the doctor who was available so traveled all the way there for no reason.

Doctor could have been a bit nicer. I could tell she was a bit shy, maybe? I’m not sure but any perceived rudeness didn’t seem intentional. It was just very abrupt communication.

The provider was amazing and polite. She met my expectation. Highly recommendation. The place is clean and the girl from the desk was super cool, friendly, and really informative. She also check for the insurance and set up everything. I love the place in addition, I received my prescription and dshow me the variety of glasses they have. Another places don't give you the prescription and you have to fight with them. Eventhough the insurance pays for the eye exam. I will come back to this eye facility again.

The office and staff were clean and very nice. However, the doctor was not welcoming. She was stiff and quick. She didn't seem friendly at all, I thought something was wrong with her at first, and I was so confused. She was like a robot. Everyone else was warm. I got what i needed, which was an eye exam and prescription. It was a quick and smooth process. I dnt think I'd return.

She was fine. Was knowledgeable but sounds like a robot but I’ve also experienced this with every optom I’ve ever seen (seen about 6 in the past few years) so maybe this is just people in this industry and nothing to do with this lady.

This was my first appointment with Latasha Lawrence, OD, although I’m not new to the practice. She was clear, efficient, and very professional throughout the visit. While her demeanor is more reserved and not particularly warm, she was thorough and competent in her examination. If you’re looking for expertise and precision over bedside manner, she’s a solid choice.

The staff was kind, patient, and attentive. The office was immaculate, clean, and bright, and no wait time. The doctor was excellent. Took her time to take care of my eye exam, and gave me time to try out the new prescribed lens. They had a large selection of glasses, and sunglasses. Overall experience there fabulous, and I highly recommend this doctor. Very professional, and a impeccable staff.

Walked in and they didn’t have a record of my appointment and seemed confused by zocdoc being something I can book them through. Once they had me refill out all the paperwork they were then confused as to why I had 2 charts (it was because I had already done all their paperwork prior to the appointment).
Seemed confused by both a digital medical insurance card and a VSP card that were digital instead of physical.
OD was knowledgeable and capable. Best part of the appointment.

Pleasant and organized office staff, quick and easy forms to complete on arrival. The provider was both efficient and conscientious, did not try to upsell additional services, and took time to address my questions completely. Also one of my easiest experiences getting dilated exam. Would return.

I had a good experience overall but the office would not measure my PD unless I purchased a pair of glasses and told me that I would have my prescription emailed to me shortly but I haven't received it and its the next day! I hope I don't have to call to remind them.

Dr. Latasha Lawrence was great! Super knowledgeable, she explained every step of each test, which I greatly appreciated as I hadn't been to an eye doctor in years. I work a desk job and was concerned by the eye fatigue I'd been experiencing recently. Dr. Lawrence ultimately allayed by fears -- turns out all I needed was computer glasses to reduce the strain.
The office is also cute w/tons of glasses options to choose from and easily accessible by the 1 train.

Moreover, she dedicated ample time to thoroughly explain the potential causes of my problem, alleviating any worries I had. Dr. Lawrence is an expert. She has a great 'feel' for examining your eyes whether she's asking you to "blink" or "follow the movement" of the blaring light in your eye, you have no concern; you know you're in capable, comforting hands.
