Omg! LaTosha is the best in the world! I felt so comfortable and was able to express myself to her in everyone of my visits! She helped me through every stage of my pregnancy which made me feel so confident when it came to the day of having my beautiful baby boy! He is now a healthy, fun 18 month old but I remember every visit with LoTasha because each one was special and memorable! If I decide to have another child I will not hesitate to go to her again. P.S I travelled every visit from Far Rockaway to go see her and do not regret any visit or travel, I loved it and looked forward to each one! There were no wait time, my spot was specially reserved lol. Seriously that is how I felt, when I came into the office I was greeted with love and taken care of right away.

LaTosha Ruiz, CNM, MSN, is a Licensed Midwife. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Rochester. Then she began her career as a registered nurse focusing on women’s health. LaTosha worked in the gynecological, oncological, and obstetrical units of NYC’s leading teaching hospitals. After completing the SUNY Downstate Master of Science Nurse-Midwifery program, she continued as an adjunct professor in obstetrics for BSN students at The College of New Rochelle.
Latosha focuses on assisting women in managing their physical, mental, and emotional health with her clinical expertise, compassion, empathy, objectivity, and cultural sensitivity. My visits with LaTosha were excellent! I was always looking forward to come to her office for a check up because she made me feel comfortable and she really took good care of me and my baby girl. She explained everything thoroughly and in a way that I can understand. I am so glad and blessed to choose Village Maternity for my pregnancy care. It was a wonderful experience! The office manager, Edylyr she was very nice too!

LaTosha was extremely personable and guided me through my entire pregnancy. She was attentive and made note of every detail. If I called with even the most basic of questions she always returned my calls or made sure she was able to connect with me. I felt like she really took the time to get to know me and after my son was bom she was amazingly supportive with my post-partum needs as well. I could not have asked for a better first pregnancy care experience than working with LaTosha and her team.
