The worst office ever. They don’t even check Zocdoc for appointments. I came here twice and waited at least an hour each time. The office is dirty and old. The staff were unprofessional and slow. I had a Pap smear from a midwife and she had an unpleasant personality... I can only think of how pregnant women feel if they had her as a midwife to deliver a baby. She was not thorough and she was very vague with everything. Nothing she did felt reassuring. I also went a second time and spoke with a male provider and he was smirking the whole time when I asked about sex safety questions. They are very judgmental. I would not recommend them to anyone. I was wrong for coming here.

Dr. Chan, the nurses, and the office staff, were all wonderful. Dr. Chan himself is very busy, very practical, but made me feel completely comfortable. I appreciated his directness with diagnosis and his willingness to answer all my questions.

He was very nice and extremely respectful. I liked that instead of automatically prescribing me medication, that he gave food & vitamin recommendations that would be of use to me along with appropriate medication. I must warn you that the office is a bit janky & there was no air conditioning (if you have menopause this may be a bit bothersome). But they were quick and efficient.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Chang and his assistants. Everyone at this women's clinic. Every body was very nice, helpful, and patient with all of my concerns. Staff was very sweet and took care of me right away. The male GYN was very wise with my condition and he made me feel very comfortable and took care of me efficiently and very fast and right away. The front desk was also very nice and helpful as well, most importantly they always answer their phones everytime I called whether if it was to make an appointment or to let them know i was running late, they always picked up the phone while most front desks people hardly ever pick up the phone at all for hours. Also, the whole office was very clean. Everyone there made me feel safe and at ease. The whole staff was very professional and ovverrall pleasant. I am so glad i picked this women's clinic and I would definitely recommend this doctor to family, friends, or anybody who needs to be taken care of. This is definitely the place and I will definitely be back again! ***** from me for sure! Thank you again:)

Good doctors but they massively overbook appointments. Wait time was over 2 hours for myself and over 10 other girls sitting in the lobby. Would go back but will factor the wait time into my day.
