She was kind, patient, and generally terrific with my daughter (age 8) and I and did a thorough eye exam for her without making her nervous. Staff at the office were great with us as we picked out glasses and filled out first time paperwork as well - all on a Friday afternoon when they could have easily been focused on the weekend.
