Dr. Vraney has clinical experience in a variety of treatment settings, including community mental health and college counseling. She completed an American Psychological Association Accredited internship at SouthShore Mental Health in Quincy, MA. Additionally, Dr. Vraney fulfilled a rotation at the adult psychiatric partial hospital and inpatient unit at McLean Southeast Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Middleboro, MA. Within these forums, she worked on a multidisciplinary team primarily treating adolescents and adults. Common presenting problems included depression, bipolar, anxiety, life transitions, identity development, and trauma. Dr. Vraney pursued her post-doctoral fellowship at the Klarman Eating Disorders Center at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Belmont, MA. On residential and partial levels of care, she specialized in working with young adults diagnosed with an eating disorder and co-occurring diagnoses of anxiety, depression, and trauma. In addition to clinical work, she completed a certification program to work with the military and their families regarding deployment and reintegration.
As a Wisconsin native, Dr. Vraney is a devoted Green Bay Packers fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
