I was disappointed in my experience. It took a while to get help from their customer support to get me set up for appointment. Once we got it figured out I feel that the Dr. was angry. She did not engage with with me very much and I felt uncomfortable throughout the appointment. I am a diabetic who has been off my regimen for a few months due to insurance. The Dr. didn’t seem to care. After the appointment I noticed that one of the two insulins I need was not prescribed. I reached out to their support team and was told the Dr. didn’t mention it in her notes and I would have to book a new appointment. This is a problem. It’s not my fault she didn’t document what was discussed. I found this whole experience to extremely disappointing. I said this to customer service and have not heard back yet.

I could not get connected with circle and there name is par for the course. I tried to log in 20 times it never sent me a code to validate and and when I wanted it to send me an email I clicked the link and it sent me back to fist page to type in email and was sending me in
