Dr. Fine has written numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and has authored multiple book chapters in dermatology textbooks. She is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Chicago Dermatology Society. Dr. Fine practices both general and cosmetic dermatology for adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Fine is is an expert in laser procedures and cosmetic procedures such a botulinum toxin injections and injectables such as Juvedern, Restylane, Radiesse, Sculptra, Belefill and Kybella. Her clinical interests include comprehensive treatments for acne scarring, hair loss, adult female acne, inflammatory skin conditions and skin cancer surveillance.

Dr. Fine is a wonderful physician. I have been to several dermatologists, and she is the best by far. She takes her time with you and listens to all of your concerns. She is kind and also makes you feel like you're not just another patient. She performed my lip filler, and in 1/10th of the time that my last provider did and they look great. My skin has had ups and downs, but I finally feel like I am on track to having beautiful skin. She will address popular products on the market and also give great alternatives that are better. The products that she recommends are amazing! I look forward to more progress in my skin and beauty goals and know I am in good hands with Dr. Fine.

Very quick appointment for an annual skin/mole check that seemed rushed and sped through. In addition I had a male nurse in the room and no one asked if I was comfortable with that. He was nothing but professional but I was unaware he’d be in the room while I was completely naked and it would have been nice to have been offered the preference because a male nurse wouldn’t be my first choice.

Previously I’ve had great experiences here, but at my last appointment there was massive confusion on the pricing of some recommended products. I was told one thing in the exam room and then the pricing at check out was significantly higher. While this could have been an honest mistake, it felt really shady and I hate being that girl questioning prices as I’m handing over my card to pay (and then waiting for a phone call to verify prices, etc). I’m planning to seek another opinion and will make some product decisions from there.

Dr. Fine is wonderful; very smart, kind, excellent bedside manner, and same goes for Jackie! They both really listened to my concerns regarding melasma and provided great treatment options. I've been a nurse at Lurie Children's for nearly 17 years now and have worked with many health care professionals over the years, so I know when I'm in good hands and receiving quality care. My only wish is that I would have come in to see Dr. Fine sooner!

My visit with Dr. Fine was awesome. Dr. Fine was very prompt, seeing me within 3 minutes after the assistant left the room.
Dr. Fine is outstanding! Very easy to talk to and she explains everything! And she has a great sense of humor, a warmest Dr. Smile in Chicago and she is masterful at putting your worries at'ease.
I cannot give a higher recommendation. If you need change or in search for a dermatologist, Dr. Fine is adept, proficient and extremely skilled.

I was visiting Dr. Fine before I get to work. It was super fast. She didn't make anything lengthy. I'm super happy. Her staff was super nice too because it makes up for the doctor's speedy bedside manner. She didn't say goodbye or anything. Maybe my manners of expectations are pretty high.

I don’t feel like I had a proper consultation. I almost felt like it was rushed and that i was told what I already know, which is that I have acne. I traveled a long way just for a few short minutes her time. I ended up buying the products that were recommended so hopefully they work.

I feel the doctor herself is knowledgeable and helpful. However, I was in that office for about 2 hours. The wait was long and then my appointment felt rushed. Upon checking out, I was fairly shocked by the bottom-line of my bill. When I asked if this was correct, they assured me it was. It wasn't until after I received a call that I had been over-charged. They were able to fix it the next day, but when I asked about the rest of the customer service, they said they would follow-up and call me back. They never did. Seemed like a decent place, but didnt appreciate the long wait time and generally poor customer service.

No complaints about Dr. Fine but I was not impressed with the staff.
1. My nurse spoke so quickly and was not friendly. I had to ask her repeat things for me and slow down. I'm pretty sure she told me that I would be given a tiny bottle of ointment/vaseline, etc for my mole removal but that was not the case. When I returned to ask about it, she walked me outside the reception area and into the hallway and gave some attitude about my confusion. I'm not sure how I misinterpreted her words. Either she spoke very unclearly during my visit or she simply didn't want to provide me with any when I returned. Regardless, it was poor professionalism.
2. The billing staff asked for my copay when I've already hit my max out of pocket. Please check before you overbill patients.

The entire staff was kind and helpful. I did not have to wait to be taken back for my appointment nor did I have to wait for the doctor to come in. Overall, a great appointment and office.

The visit was excellent. She was very friendly and the facilities were very clean. Right when I walked through the door I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. She took the time to answer my questions and I did not feel rushed.
