About Dr. Gina Marie Dillig
* First time appointments will be treated as consultations * Dr. Dillig grew up outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She received her Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison and then moved to Chicago to attend Loyola University of Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine. Dr. Dillig earned her medical degree and graduated with highest Honors from Loyola in 2002. She completed her residency in Dermatology at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Dillig joined The Skin Care Center in November 2010, working in Glenview and Lake Forest. She is a specialist in Mohs surgery for skin cancer and performs all of her procedures in the office. Dr. Dillig treats both children and adults for their medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology needs. Dr. Dillig is committed to excellence and believes in providing the highest standards of skin care for all her patients. Dr. Gina Dillig is a board certified dermatologist, dermatologic surgeon and is a fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery. Dr.Dillig resides on the North Shore with her husband and their four children.

Dr. Dillig and her nursing staff are great. She has removed five moles for me in the past year--three on my face--and has left almost entirely undetectable scarring. She is welcoming and, although extremely efficient, has not made me feel rushed at any time. Wait times have been nonexistent.
The reception staff is not particularly welcoming, but does do a great job with quickly and accurately processing insurance and payment.
Highly recommended.

Do not go see this doctor. I have never written a review on zocdoc before but she is awful. I went for a simple drain of small cyst which I have had done many times before at other dermatologists. A couple weeks later I'm in agony. Painful and infected. I went to another doctor (also on zocdoc) who gave me antibiotic cream for the infection and could not believe what Dr. Dillig had done. She also barely spoke to me, was rushed and unfriendly. Love the huge bill too!

Appointment times were always prompt. Dr Dilliig and her assistant Mary were competent, courteous and caring.

Dr. Dillig rocks! My first visit with her was for a full body examination. She was very personable and thoroughly efficient. Fortunately, the examination disclosed nothing of major concern. But she was very attentive to matters that concerned me, and attended to them as well as others of which I was unaware. I was referred to her by a family member, and I would enthusiastically recommend her to others.
