Great! Lauren was easy to talk to and was non-judgmental. I came to her for weight loss and I was embarrassed because not only am I overweight I re-gained 6 lbs. Lauren encouraged me not to dwell on the 6 lbs, reviewed the advantages of losing that weight( mostly health wise). We spoke about my trigger foods and behaviors to avoid them. We made a food plan for the week. I left happy with another appointment & confident that I could reach my goal. Did say she was a smart cookie but then I would want a cookie.

Lauren is great! I have been working with her for 6 months to help me lose weight. She provided me with a realistic meal plan that was easy to follow with my busy lifestyle. I am almost at my goal weight!
