I'm scared if I did it wrong again I'd be overcharged and pay out of pocket I would like to know how my blue shield is would cover anything for me.i can't afford to over pay out of pocket? I had a very disappointing experience with this provider and would not recommend. During my appointment, she didn’t seem interested in anything I was saying. We clearly discussed that I needed a refill for an essential prescription, but when I later messaged her because my pharmacy never received it, she claimed she didn’t recall our conversation and told me to book another appointment. It feels like she’s more interested in getting me to pay for another visit than actually addressing my concerns. This reinforces my usual frustration with doctors who don’t listen, and unfortunately, she was no different.
