Recent reviews

After 44yrs of living, Doctor Handelman and her staff helped me discover I've been allergic to Tree nuts, peanuts, pistachios, barley, cantaloupe, ragweed, etc. I cut this out of my diet and my ECZEMA is 100% GONE. It took 1.5 days before I was eczema free...& I owe it all to Doctor Handleman. Thanks!

I won't schedule an appt during a holiday week for certain. 90 minutes is way too long to spend in a drs office! That piece was very disappointing!

Not knowledgeable enough. I was so miserable with my allergies and despite making me wait for 2 hours/testing my allergies - i was recommended OTC medicines, i had to see a different doctor to get treated. She spent more time recommending me to get allergy shots and when I declined instead of giving me some good medicine I was told to get Allegra( something I could have just walked into a CVS and bought) Also the eye drop she recommended as OTC came to be a prescription instead , no follow up , she didnt send me the prescription as well. extremely nice to talk to , but we don't goto a doctor to chit/chat . This was my First and Last visit .

My daughter has been going to Dr. Handelman since she was born. Dr. Handelman always answers every question and returns every phone call. She is knowledgeable about the latest news and developments in food allergies. Her staff is excellent and very friendly--my daughter loves visiting the office.

I appreciated that Dr Handelman listened to me and spoke to me as an intelligent individual Somehow, doctors don't always do that.

Dr. Handelman was great. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions and then some. She's very personable, polite and she really makes you feel comfortable. I left feeling confident and in control of my new found shellfish allergy. Her staff is friendly and professional and everyone in the office was very helpful. I'd recommend her to anyone with allergy and asthma issues. No question. It's nice to go see a doctor and actually walk out knowing that everything you came there for was taken care of - which doesn't always happen, but it did here.
