We provide comprehensive treatment plans that that will ensure your visit to our practice is a success and desired results are achieved. Dr. Richards is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. After finishing her optometry degree, she went on to complete a primary care residency at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Richards graduated with honors and is a member of the optometric honor society, Beta Sigma Kappa. She is licensed to perform comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, glaucoma assessments, and diabetic eye disease management. Dr. Richards and Dr. Billbrough work as an ophthalmic team in providing the most comprehensive eye care to their patients.

Dr. Richards is very warm and personable. My office was very pleasant from the time I arrived to the end of my visit. I am diabetic and Dr. Richards went into great detail the importance of eye exams.
