If you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, or mood shifts and wondering if medication could help, you’re not alone. I work with teens and adults facing mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and stress-related challenges. My approach is collaborative and personalized. I offer psychiatric evaluation and medication management while also taking into account your whole health, lifestyle, and goals. In our first few sessions, we’ll explore your concerns, review your history, and build a treatment plan that feels realistic and supportive.
Clients often tell me they appreciate my mix of medical expertise and genuine compassion. With a background in both psychiatry and intensive medical care, I understand how closely the mind and body are connected. My goal is to make care accessible and consistent, which is why I offer flexible scheduling and telehealth appointments.
Starting care is a brave step, and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. If you’re feeling stuck or uncertain, that’s okay. I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and clinical skill as we work together toward clarity, healing, and the truth that you can feel better.
