I am passionate about helping individuals gain awareness, mend current or previous wounds, and develop coping skills that are healthy and appropriate for navigating the world, including interpersonal relationships.

When working with a client, I adapt my approach based on their specific needs, while always creating a warm, non-judgmental environment for the client to feel safe and at ease. This opens room for the client to explore their past and present, and to gain insight into behaviors or thought patterns that may be the cause of roadblocks.
