My visit was rushed, and I ended up having to buy the "recommended" expensive products needed to heal the scars on my face, and she kept trying to sell me more products.

My visit with Dr. Polis was wonderful. She is a warm and lovely person and an excellent Doctor. I visit her office for a yearly skin screening and cosmetic needs. I am always in safe and capable hands.

I love Dr. Polis. She's a fantastic doctor with a vivid personality and I've always done well under her care. Her office is beautiful and her staff and assistants are extremely sweet and helpful also.
Unfortunately I had to stop seeing her since she does not take any health insurance at all and my plan doesn't reimburse for her visits. Now that I have health insurance I've switched over to a dermatologist who is covered. If that weren't the case I would have stayed a patient of Dr. Polis.
If you can afford this doctor I'd highly, highly recommend.

She is a great doctor!I have been going to her for over 7 years. I have had Fraxel and fillers and couldn't be happier with all that she has done. She listens to what my concerns and is full of good advice.

Dr Laurie Polis was friendly, quick, informative, discreet and very good at what she does. I would really recommend the peel she does. I glowed for weeks. She did sell me some products that were quite expensive but you can always say no.

Dr. Polis' rate is not cheap, but this is New York and she is excellent, so for me it is money well spent. She is experienced, confident and has outstanding people skills.Dr. Polis is wonderful.

It's worth noting that she pushes her own OTC products, which I wasn't used to from a Dr., does not take insurance, and that her photo here is very outdated.
