I don’t mind having to wait, as the dr spent time with me didn’t rush me. Explained everything and the test results and even took the time to listen to other concerns in case they might be relevant. All in all he’s a great dr.

I am so confused by the high rating for this doctor. Maybe the stars weren't aligned right but my experience doesn't echo these reviews.
First of all, appointments were running 2 hours behind. In listening to chatter from established patients in the waiting area there were mixed reviews on this. One person said he always waits at least an hour and 2 others said this was unheard of and they'd never had to wait beyond 10 minutes. So, I cant say if this is their standard or not.
The doctor was rushed when he saw us for an ear cleaning. He performed the wax removal within 5 minutes which is great but provided nothing in the way of bedside manner. All the questions I asked were answered with one word replies so I stopped trying to engage him. He finished the cleaning told me to come back as needed and left. Didn't direct me to the front desk to check out or anything. Just turned around and walked out.
Overall, he's not a bad doctor at all. But seeing a physician with a 5 star review on Zocdoc is rare so I guess my exceptions were high and I was let down. I drove from the Galleria area to Pasadena because of the high rating but my experience was standard at best and there was no reason to make the trek.

Great initial visit. Thankful that he does a blood draw allergy test rather than the old standard prick test. Now hopefully when I go to my followup we will start on the shots. Great visit.

Went to this doctor for a poor hearing problem. The doctor confirmed I did have a hearing issue. However, he continued to mumble and speak quietly the entire visit despite me asking on multiple occasions for him to repeat what he had said. Best guess he said come back in a year - that won't be happening!

Dr. Clark and his staff are A.W.E.S.O.M.E. Very friendly and helpful. Dr. Clark takes the time to find out about your illness and explains everything that he does. He answers all questions and makes the time to discuss any concerns and treatments. I would highly recommend Dr. Clark to anyone with any ENT problems.
