Dr Ottaviano was patient with my questions, and took time to answer them and displayed knowledge of current techniques and research. He also has a pleasant and enjoyable disposition, which, while not necessary in a medical professional, does make everything just a bit easier.
My consultation with him was great. What was not so great was that the procedure/examination I went through later (at a shared office) was over two hours later than my appointed time. Otherwise A+.

The wait time was long however he was incredibly apologetic and I didn't feel rushed when he was with me. Lovely physician and clearly very popular hence the waiting time. Worth the wait.
