Excellent! My treatment addressed all my issues which included (neck, back, psoas muscles, hamstring, and arm). I was given 4 exercises to do to address my muscular issues. Excellent, caring, concise, doctor! Highly recommended.

Dr. Leah is wonderful. She is personable and warm, so Ive immediately want to continue seeing her. She is quite knowledgeable and very skilled, so the appointment really helps get to the root of the problem.

Dr. Leah Howard grew up in Ontario, Canada where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2011 from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Prior to attending CMCC, she received a B.A. with specialization in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario.
Growing up as a gymnast and soccer player Dr. Howard has a continued interest in sports related injuries and functional rehab. She utilizes various techniques including soft tissue therapy, Graston Technique and patient education in her daily practice. She is continually integrating new techniques to her practice with the aim of improving function and reducing pain in her patients. Dr. Howard is also a certified animal chiropractor treating horses, dogs and cats.
In her spare time Dr. Howard enjoys running, playing tennis and boating. She is very excited to join The Wellness Studio to be a part of the wonderful team of health care providers.

I can't say enough about my treatments here at the Wellness Studio. I've met with 3 different staff members on different occasions & I'm always treated professionally & the work that's completed has worked wonders for my injury (pinched nerve). Thank you for all that you do!

Dr. Howard's excellent bedside manner puts me at ease and her adjustments are accurate, smooth and thorough. Whether this is your first chiropractic experience or you are searching for the right fit, I highly reccomend Dr. Howard! I feel immediate relief & her adjustments last for a few weeks so I find I can come less frequently for treatments that last =)
