I had no qualms with my interaction with Dr. Gray, but was overall displeased with my visit. The office obviously has no accommodations for their staff to have a lunch break. After I was checked in and initially seen by the nurse staff within an acceptable time frame, I was made to wait in the room for over an hour before the doctor came into the room. My appointment was scheduled around what is considered lunch time, but while I was waiting in the room, I could hear the staff on break have their lunch.

FIRST VISIT I FELT AS THOUGH I FOUND A DOCTOR WHO LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE .I ASKED HIM TO BE MY PRIMARY. HE DOES NOT SIT IN FRONT OF A COMPUTER, HE SITS AND LISTENS AND ADVISES. I RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I was very unhappy with my very first visit.. I took over 2 hours I waited 30 to 40 mins at times while I watched the doctor and other staff walk around with food boxes. I informed them twice that I had to leave only to be ignored, they did nothing for my pain only wasted time#upset

Overall my visit was pretty good. They were able to get me all of the tests that I needed to be able to go on-site at a hospital, however the overall visit seemed to take quite a while. Everyone was very friendly and helpful which I appreciate more than a speedy appointment, so that part was great.
