Dr. Kleiman was very nice and conversational. The office was clean and organized. Sometimes, doctor offices make me feel uncomfortable, but everyone was very nice and down to earth. The doctor definitely knew what he was talking about. He explained my issues, different options, what we will try in order to solve my issues. They have brief videos prepared that have information about various procedures, medications, concerns that may come up in conversation about diagnoses. Whole experience went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Doctor Lee Kleiman and his office.

Long wait for a pretty good doctor. Appointment time 9:45 a; waited 40 mins after the initial intake procedures, which was reasonable (15 mins), by the physician assistant. Very pleased with the doctor, just hated the wait and get this...WiFi access for staff only, not available as a patient service throughout the facility.

I got to the appointment early so in actuality I was seen pretty much on time. The staff was very efficient and friendly. I thought the doctor was a bit aloof but seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Everyone at the doctors' office was especially nice and professional. I had accidentally shown up for an appointment time that was open (I think) instead of my appointment time. They were very flexible with everything. It was a perfect appointment.
However, for some reason my prescription did not go through. I find that especially disappointing considering how amazing their service was as a whole apart from that.
