I needed an immediate appointment and saw they accepted my insurance, then made the appoinment online. Very easy.
The appointment took about 30 mins. and then after determining I needed an xray I needed to go about 10 blooks away to the hospital. This was all easy (my son was driving me). He dropped me off at the main entrance and I was directed to the correct department. It's a big hospital but the xrays were very close to the entrance and on the second floor, so that was a snap.
It was my lucky day, no one else was waiting in the walk in xray area. ai waited less than 5 minutes.
Everyone was very pleasant and did not seem rushed. The atmosphere was "gentle", I could definitley feel a difference from the facility I have been going to for 10 years.
I would recommend it to anyone that needed a quick appointment. Having a driver made it even better as parking in both areas can be difficult. We were in and out in an hour. By mid afternoon I had a Mychart response of the xray.

Overall experience was really nice. Receptionist is really amazing. Love the environment, peaceful clean the provider needs to work on people skills and communication skills, but for the most part things were handled for the most part definitely felt like an outsider did not feel welcoming when it came to the provider, but it’s still grateful for being seen
