I am a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide various psychiatric mental health assessment and treatment, including psychiatric evaluation, medication management, individual and family therapy and genetic testing. A bit about Graymatters: it is a private practice, and works with the out of network benefits. Our office is close to Bryant Park and Grand Central. We provide high quality and individualized outpatient services.
I am fluent in both English and Mandarin and seek to provide a culturally sensitive environment for my clients. I am focused on holistic care: all aspects of health and ability, including psychological state, physical, nutrition, the environment at home, work, or school, and interpersonal relationships – as all of these are interconnected. I believe people do the best they can, and I’m here to support you in focusing on your strengths and help you to overcome barriers.
**Please note that as of March 13, 2020, all appointments are video sessions until further notice due to current public health/safety concerns. All appointments are tentative with this provider. To ensure a smooth intake process an office administrator will reach out to you by phone and email with further paperwork to complete before an appointment is confirmed.

I highly recommend Amy. She has a calm and reassuring manner and I found her to be a knowledgeable and conscientious provider who was able to respond to and work with my particular needs and concerns, both in terms of treatment needs and in terms of scheduling flexibility. The practice as a whole is excellent - I was always seen right away and the office space is pleasant, and it's easy to communicate with office staff and providers.
