Many of my patients struggle with persistent sadness, excessive worry, panic attacks, burnout, low motivation, brain fog, or the feeling that their mind never truly slows down.
I believe depression and anxiety are not personal failures or character flaws—they are treatable medical conditions, and with the right approach, people can and do get better. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and personalized. I believe effective psychiatric care goes beyond simply prescribing medication. I take the time to understand your symptoms, your story, and the factors that may be contributing to how you feel, then work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan designed to help you regain a sense of balance, resilience, and hope.
My goal is simple: to help you feel like yourself again—and to help you build a life that feels manageable, meaningful, and worth looking forward to.
