Dr. Shalem is patient and kind. She puts you at ease.

Overall, she seemed dis-interested in 'being there' with me as a patient. It was not a proper consultation. Dr. Shalem asked what I would like to do about my issues, I asked what she recommended in turn, and her reply was that she is not the patient... I'm there for guidance and consultation on my issues and recommendations from the provider helps immensely on proper next steps.
