My experience with the doctor was good , though my experience with office staff and documents to be signed was questionable….
I did not sign the membership letter which was described by the attendant as not binding …
Second while waiting for the doctor I felt I was in a gentleman club or a dance club the music was loud …
The office or baker health seemed unprofessional

Doctor Marina was incredibly friendly and gentle, and did a great job explaining everything for my first-time physical exam and bloodwork and the office is very luxury . Really recommend!

I had a great experience with Dr. Salib. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to really understand my medical history. She asked detailed questions, listened carefully to everything I had to say, and never made me feel rushed. I left my appointment feeling confident that she truly cared about my health and wanted to make sure I received the best care possible.
The clinic is beautiful—very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was also friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
The only thing I wasn't a fan of is the membership policy. It doesn't take away from the excellent medical care I received, but I wish it were more flexible since insurance doesn't cover the membership fee. That can make it difficult for me. Other than that, I highly recommend Dr. Salib and her team.

I don’t want to make it seem as if the doctor wasn’t good or not .. I specifically booked a ENT dr. but the doctor was a primary physician. I didn’t go through with my appointment, however I was told she wasn’t a ENT “AFTER” photos were taking of my insurance card so I’m hoping I wasn’t charged for NOT seeing a doctor.

She doesn’t care about her patient nor concern about my blood test results she didn’t call me to even change the dose of my medication after the results
When I went the office for a first time they informed me about a membership with annual fees but they didn’t mention that it’s mandatory and in the second visit they asked me about the membership and told me this is mandatory we can’t let you see the doctor you must pay out of pocket for the membership before the visit
They deceived me as they told me you were in a trial for one month and it is expired now you must pay although in the first visit they mentioned that you have a choice to do membership
So bad experience

I had a very frustrating experience at Baker Health in Paramus. I booked an appointment through Zocdoc for a yellow fever vaccine, and nowhere during the booking process was it disclosed that a membership was required to receive services.
When I arrived, I was told I needed to sign up for a membership just to get the vaccine. This felt misleading and unnecessary. The receptionist was not helpful and seemed confused about their own policies. Instead of giving a clear answer, she tried to take me to a back office, which felt like an attempt to pressure me into signing up.
I made it clear I only wanted the vaccine and asked if I could get it without a membership. I did not receive a direct answer, so I asked them to cancel my appointment and left.
Overall, this was a waste of time due to poor communication and lack of transparency. I would not recommend this place.

This is a concierge service to health. You need to pay 200 dollars before being seen by a doctor. The 200 dollars is an annual membership fee. Zocdoc should have this listed in the details. Go through your health insurance to make sure you’re covered instead.

January 14th was my first time coming to Baker Health and all I can say is from the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Salib is truly exceptional. Her bedside manner is unmatched. She is down to earth, incredibly sweet, and takes the time to listen with genuine care and compassion. You can tell she truly loves what she does and goes above and beyond for her patients. The office itself is impeccable, modern, and beautifully maintained, which immediately adds to the comfort of the visit. The staff were equally wonderful and friendly, pleasant, and attentive from start to finish.
This was my very first visit with Dr. Salib, and it certainly will not be my last. I left feeling heard, cared for, and confident in the care I received. I recommend Dr. Salib 100% without hesitation.

I did a lot of research I. Advance of choosing a new primary, Dr. Sahib did not disappoint. She was thorough and explained everything thin in detail. Based on my age she made specific recommendations in terms of proactive wellness care and vitamins I should be taking. Very happy to have found a new Doctor that actually cares.

The office space is very modern, and very attractive. The staff is a bit too casual, and very focused on their laptops, but they’re very friendly and accommodating. The doctor was quite knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. I was just very put off by the hidden policy of becoming a member for a yearly fee. I feel that’s something that should be upfronted before you are taken into any exam room, certainly before even getting to the facility, instead of being added to online paperwork that can only be agreed to by agreeing to become a member. It’s just very sketch to do it that way.
