Dr. Lenny Cohen, MD is a Board Certified Neurologist delivering specialized care for all major and complex neurological conditions—from stroke and multiple sclerosis to headache and movement disorders to back pain.
For number of years Dr. Cohen has been on staff at RUSH Oak Park Hospital and has helped hundreds of patients overcome their neurological disabilities.
Services provided in Dr. Cohen's office include EMG and nerve-conduction studies in the clinic for the evaluation and treatment of lumbar and cervical radiculopathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, neuropathy, myasthenia and muscle disorders.
Diagnostic services include but are not limited to EEG, long-term EEG monitoring service in ambulatory setting, computerized testing for Mild Cognitive Impairment with individual treatment plan.
In our office you can be treated for chronic headaches with Botox® injections.
Regrettably we do not accept Medicaid as a primary insurance. We do offer a discounted cash payment plan comparable with Medicare fee schedule with initial office evaluation.
