Certified by the American Board of Dermatology with over 25 years of experience, Dr. Lenora I. Felderman provides comprehensive medical and cosmetic care to patients in her conveniently-located New York City office. Dr. Felderman has been recognized on multiple occasions as a leading doctor in the area, including being named one of NY Magazine’s Best Doctors every year since 2006 and listed among the Who's Who in America and in Medicine and Science on numerous occasions.
In addition to her practice duties, Dr. Felderman is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Weil Medical College of Cornell University, and holds hospital appointments at New York Hospital/New York Presbyterian Medical Center.
Dr. Felderman received her medical degree from New York Medical College, where she was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, and completed preliminary training as an assistant resident in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center. After graduating, Dr. Felderman completed residency training in Dermatology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, in addition to an externship in Dermatosurgery at L’Hospital St. Louis in Paris, France.
Throughout her practice experience, Dr. Felderman has authored several articles published in leading industry journals, such as Archives of Dermatology and Cosmetic Dermatology Journal, as well as a chapter of "Comparison of Chemical and Laser Peels" in the Management of Facial Lines and Wrinkles textbook.
She has served as a consultant for dermatologic articles in many national newspapers and magazines, including Allure, Brides, Cosmopolitan, In Style, Glamour, Oprah, Elle, Redbook, Jane and more, and has appeared on national television and radio programs as a dermatology expert.

Dr. Felderman is the type of physician who inspires confidence. No hemming or hawing. Her office is well run, thanks to her friendly receptionist who welcomed me immediately, promptly gave me papers to fill out, and then got us into the examination room quickly after the paperwork was filled out. Dr. Felderman then came into the room and asked the right kinds of questions to get some background before proceeding with the examination. She offered her opinion of what she thought were two possibilities for my condition and then set out a course of treatment that was as non-invasive as possible while lab tests were arranged. I was instructed to try the first treatment and then come back in two weeks for assessment as to the treatment's efficacy. If Plan A doesn't work, by that time the lab tests (a culture which takes two weeks to develop) would be finished and she would revisit the diagnosis. I left feeling that I had been treated by someone who knows what they are doing and I would heartily recommend her to any other potential patient.
