About Dr. Cindy Li
Dr. Cindy Li is a well-known, experienced Dermatologist with an intimate, curated medical practice in Manhattan. She received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with highest honors and completed her residency in Dermatology from St. Barnabas Hospital, a Cornell affiliate, where she served with added distinction as Chief Resident. Dr. Cindy Li 's impeccable resume includes Fellowship training in Cosmetic Surgery at UCLA. Dr. Li was also a recipient of the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Weber award. Dr. Li currently serves as voluntary Faculty at the world renowned Mount Sinai Hospital as well as St. Barnabas Hospital, educating young Dermatologists in training.

As a highly skilled Dermatological Surgeon, Dr. Li has had extensive experience in achieving the best clinical results in both medical and cosmetic surgical procedures. Had an abscess that was really infected, made an appointment at midnight the night before and was seen by 10am that next morning. Received a prescription an hour afterward. I like how prompt their service is and it really helped me already get this abscess under control. Mind you this was just yesterday

I was very disappointed with my visit with this doctor. The appointment started off well in her initial questions and she quickly came up with a diagnosis but the diagnosis was so vague that it didn’t answer my questions as to what could be causing my issue. When I asked her to explain more, her attitude changed and she snapped saying, “I already told you, I already gave you a clear answer”. When I asked her to tell me the name of the skin condition she snapped again saying she already told me when all I wanted was to simply write it down. I was completely in shock by her rude behavior coming from a professional like her. She was defensive when she wasn’t even being criticized (although I found her diagnosis far too vague to be helpful or worth the copay).
I would save your money and see another professional. It was a horrible experience to be treated that way. She should learn more patience and to be nicer to new patients. Ps, there is also a credit card convenience fee for copays.

Dr. Cindy Li was very lovely. She was professional, thorough, and very kind. She was also a good listener. I explained my issue to her and within seconds she was able to diagnose me and come up with a solution. She sent my medication to the pharmacy while we were on the call, so I was able to pick up my prescription very quickly as well. I highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed!

Booked a video appointment (2 days notice). Day of, I get a flurry of emails/texts/calls asking me to make a copay before the appointment.
5 minutes before the appointment began, I got a call asking me to log into the video call - early, which the doctor brushed past when I brought it up.
Barely got 2 lines into explaining my situation when she moved straight into a prescription - not even a diagnosis or explanation of what's going on until I asked. Wasn't great quality video so I'm unsure how much of a video examination she did off 2 minutes (didn't ask me to move closer or bring the camera to my face or anything).
I had to ask some questions to draw out a proper conversation, but the length of the consult was dictated by how long it took for her to find my preferred pharmacy in the system not by discussing my actual situation. We were practically finished by the time the appointment was starting!
Overall felt like I was completely rushed through because she had other things to do.
