I personally have a great experience. I was taken in immediately. The doctor is very knowledgeable and thoroughly and explained everything to me using the picture of the shoulder's anatomy. overall, I'm very much satisfied with the doctor and his staff. I've made a follow-up appointment.

I mostly got told to lose weight and avoid stairs. Classic grumpy New York guy who seemed to be mad at me before I even walked in. Whole session lasted like 6 minutes, after 3 weeks of pain.

The waiting room was packed, I needed to use the bathroom but there was pee all over the seat and it wasn't flushed/did not flush. Receptionist was annoyed I told her the bathroom was out of service. Too many disabled people in the waiting room to not have access to a clean/working bathroom. Witnessed another receptionist yelling at a client on the phone because the client had called too many times.
The Doctor didn't listen to any of my concerns.
I suggest finding a more caring and clean office.
