Hadn't been to Dr T in 20 + years.... He was still as great as I remembered and he remembered me. So knowledgeable and friendly. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr. T to my friends and family.

As always I had a great experience...first time getting my lips injected & Dr Tcheupdijan spent alot of time going over my options & information on the products he recommended...still swollen (had it done 4 hours ago) but so far I love my lips!
They are the best! He listens & is straight forward which I love. Great staff. Lauren was very informative about options for different skin procedures, felt very comfortable asking questions, etc.

I feel like the front desk people are way too busy and very impersonal. I did not feel like a valued customer at all. I have inquired information about the spa across the hall - nobody expressed interest to help me. They pointed at the pink sheet and continued with their business

Doc did my lipo surgery years ago and I was very happy then. That's what brought me back to him. I'm excited about the new program I'm on, the journey and the results it will bring. He's always professional and always has a compliment or two for you. The staff is great and very supportive.

He's one of the pioneers of Plastic Surgery. He seems to really know and understand what's best for you. It's pretty obvious he's been performing surgery for awhile. The only thing is that I wish he spent a little more time with me because I still have plenty of questions to ask.

Compared to previous experiences at other spas, the visit felt rushed which at first I didn't care for but on my way out appreciated. I have had Botox for several years so knew what to expect as it relates to the procedure. The staff are very no nonsense. Pictures were taken before Botox was injected. Leslie, the Nurse, was able to assess my 'unit' need in about 10 seconds. Came back, did injections and sent me on my way. Will be able to judge effectiveness in about 10 days. Met the doctor only for a minute and he seemed nice. If the procedure is effective I will most definitely return. If you are looking for more consultative, 'day spa' style experience, this is not it BUT if you are a seasoned Botox veteran and you want speed of appointment, this is your new GO TO!

I had Botox injection appointment for the first time with Doctor Tcheupdjian and the reason of choosing him was having my Botox treatment by an actual surgeon. Doctor just came and said hello and talked about everything except for my procedure and then sent his Daughter for the injection. I am not even sure if she was and MD and I don't want that because that was not the person that I had chosen. It took her 30 seconds for the injection on my forehead and around eyes and between eyebrows. I had done botox several time before and they would pay so much attention where my wrinkles are exactly by several times of frowning and making sure how much units it's needed . At this doctor they gave a fix price based on the areas and not the amount and got a signature on the price before inject which was so cheap and insulting. It looked like more of a cheap low end hair salon than a Plastic surgery institution. And believe me I'm scare of how the result will be because even the injections left more bumps than usual she didn't give me any cautious of I use not workout for an hour. All and all I can't tell how unprofessional was the whole experience.
