In comparison to a previous visit at this office, this time was okay but not as great as my first visit last year, different doctor. Staff was nice enough, but nothing outstanding. I would recommend because overall it was a decent experience.

THis was one of the easiest medical appointments I've had in years. THe office staff was ready, very friendly, had my paperwork and electronic record ready for me to update. The doctor came in very quickly, no significant waiting at any point.
Dr. Tjahjono was very personable and professional. He quickly reviewed my immediate concerns and made the treatment quickly and easily.

Doc looked at me for 5 seconds, said "this is your problem", and prescribed 3 meds to treat it. Felt like he didn't give me the time I deserved as a patient.

Being this was my first appointment today on 12/19/23, Tuesday as a new patient. I was quite pleased with the friendliness, efficiency, professionalism, great bedside manner and the compassion that was all shown during my whole visit as a new patient.
