About Dr. Raina Bembry

I was completely dissatisfied with my first and only visit to this office. As a new patient, I was allotted a mere 15 minutes. The doctor barely looked at my issues before declaring them "not bad" and rattling off some prescriptions. She just started at me after saying things instead of making any genuine effort to explain herself. I had to ask question after question and never got the clarification on how the prescriptions work that I needed at all. It doesn't make sense to me why a doctor would not be able to explain exactly how to use prescriptions in detail or know exactly what range of effects I should be expecting. I'm never going back, and I do not recommend this office.

The Dr was perfectly polite but was unimpressed with the amount of time given to my appointment and that the office would not allow me to see the Dr for more than one concern at the same appointment. I was told I needed to make a separate appointment for my 2nd concern, which would require another copay and travel to and from.

I had a wonderful experience at my recent dermatology visit. The doctor was thorough, knowledgable, and took the time to listen to all my concerns. The staff was friendly and made the entire process smooth and efficient. I left feeling reassured and confident in the treatment plan. The doctor was competent and professional and gave me extra time. She explained things very clearly. However, I do not see the need for a male assistant to stay in the examining room when a female patient is in an open gown with a female doctor. (His gaze was averted but his presence was unnecessary.)
