“Leonor is an amazing person. She listens and attends to my needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She helps me get through my depression and points me in the right direction. She reminds me of my grandmother who passed away last year who was always attentive. I hope to get myself back to my normal self and so far speaking to Leonor has helped me cope day by day by listening to her and motivating me to be better. Thanks Leonor. Look forward to my next session. Niquo Reyes”

Getting to know Leonor Francisco

*After booking, you will receive a link via IntakeQ to complete required intake forms prior to your appointment.* With over 18 years of nursing experience, I specialize in helping individuals address their mental health needs with compassionate, patient-centered care. I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Walden University and a Bachelor’s degree from Capitol University. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy for a wide range of conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, panic disorder, depression, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and insomnia. My approach focuses on understanding the whole person, emphasizing not just physical health but emotional well-being, so you can feel supported and empowered in your journey toward healing. Whether you’re navigating new mental health challenges or managing long-standing concerns, I’m here to help you take meaningful steps forward.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When we work together, you'll find a space where your voice matters. I tailor care to fit your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. For some, this means focusing on medication management; for others, it's creating a plan that incorporates therapy, stress management techniques, and lifestyle adjustments like sleep hygiene, physical activity, and balanced nutrition. I prioritize building trust and fostering open communication so you feel comfortable sharing what's on your mind. My goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and equipped to take on whatever life throws your way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me starts with understanding what's most important to you right now. We'll explore your concerns, discuss treatment options, and set achievable goals together. If you're dealing with anxiety or panic, for instance, we might focus on tools to help you manage symptoms in the moment. For ADHD, we could discuss strategies to improve focus and organization. Whether you're a working professional aiming to manage stress or someone seeking relief from persistent depression, I tailor each session to help you meet your goals. You'll leave with a clearer plan and the reassurance that you're not facing these challenges alone. What sets me apart is my experience working with people from all walks of life, including professionals striving to balance work and mental health. I've seen firsthand the difference it makes when patients can return to their routines with a renewed sense of purpose—whether that's excelling at work, strengthening relationships, or simply feeling like themselves again. No matter where you are in your journey, you deserve care that puts your well-being first. Let's work together to help you feel like the best version of yourself.
