Dr. Pope was awesome! I am very picky about my gynocologists and have had a different one every year. Finally I will be sticking with ONE doctor! The staff was super friendly and laid back and Dr. Pope could not have made me feel more comfortable both physically and mentally. I will be seeing her from now on!

Dr. Pope has been practicing Ob/Gyn in the Atlanta area for over 25 years. She is on staff at DeKalb Medical Center (DMC), where she also serves as the medical director of the Cord Blood Donation program Dr. Pope is a past Chairman of DMC’s Department of Ob/Gyn.
Dr. Pope graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board certified in Family Practice and Obstetrics and Gynecology. Passionate for lifelong learning, she has earned a MBA from Kennesaw State University and is currently enrolled in a certificate program at Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur.
Dr. Pope specializes in both routine and high risk obstetrics and encourages minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She has also started a medical weight loss program designed to help her patients with weight issues.
When not working, you can find Dr. Pope walking her two beagles, Connor and Coleman. She also enjoys a vast range of music–from classical to rock and sings in her church choir. She is an avid sports fan.

Dr. Pope has very good bedside manner. She is, also, sunny; makes you feel comfortable. She is very informative and shows that she really cares.
