Dr. Chiang is great but the lab is very unprofessional. They mixed up my partners labs with someone else’s and threw some away is what they told us? They gave him a call and said that they were sorry but we have to come back and get the ones that they threw away done again. I do not understand how you mix up the labs with someone else’s when you have to confirm name and date of birth and label the labs before you send them off? Their explanation did not make a lot of sense. On top of that we were in the office for over 2 HOURS and you have to pay for parking with no validation from the office. I would try to see a different provider solely because of everything that happened surrounding the appointment.

This place was great. Everyone was so nice and efficient. I could tell they really listened to my problems and wanted to provide the best care they could. They were very informative. The nurse who took me back (I wish I could remember her name) was awesome!! She saw I was uneasy about getting blood drawn and made sure to distract me during the process and made sure I was feeling 100% before I she left my side. Would definitely recommend this place.

Ms. Carey aka Carolina was super friendly and courteous and professional. She listened and spoke discreetly. Very empathetic to my health history and said that by looking at me you'd never know my battles and commended me on being brave and to her I'm a warrior. As for the Dr she was friendly, professional but relaxed and calmed me as well and is a very easy person to talk to. Offered suggestions and made sure I could understand clearly since I wear hearing devices called Cochlear Implant. Never made me feel different in any way while still being a Professional Doctor that she is. I totally recommend her to be your primary care physician 100%!!!!
