I thought Dr. Pickens was great and so was the staff, but the facility made me feel uneasy. I just didn't like the feel, seemed a little dingy. I'm not sure I'll continue going there.

Dr. Pickens is a good listener and she's thorough. I felt that I was in good hands.

2014: The male PA was excellent and the receptionist was kind; the PA spent more time with me than the doctor. It was by far the worse doctor visit I've ever experienced. The wait was 1 hour and 35 minutes long. Minus the lack of acknowledgement that I could see her from the waiting room dilly-dallying in the hallway, the doctor seemed extremely cold and unfriendly. During the exam, she barely made eye contact with me, performed the cardiovascular/respiratory part of an exam very briefly, but nothing else. She had a condescending tone when answering some of my legitimate, serious questions and did not seem to know what she was talking about. Also, she kept on trying to leave, after literally 5 minutes, when I was still trying to talk to her. I am not sure how she received relatively good reviews/ stars.

My doctor was very interested regarding my health & feedback. She listens to my concerns. I never felt I was rushed with my doctor, which put me at ease. I would recommend this office & doctor.
