I don't feel like the staff is very friendly. The ladies at the desk are not very welcoming and I would like more privacy when checking in, there was a man standing right behind that heard every word I said. The assistant that took me to the room was very short, asked routine questions that were very rehearsed. Extremely clinical, not very much personality. I absolutely love Dr. Cantu, she's very friendly, easy to talk too, doesn't seem to be in a rush.
I also feel like a phone call reminder AND a reminder text are way too much since I had confirmed my appointment the first time the office called.
