Everyone was very warm and friendly at this practice. I tend to be nervous when going to a doctor appointment but the staff helped to ease my worries. Dr. Bigatel was kind, attentive and caring. She also made me laugh which helped to calm my nerves. So glad I came here as a new patient.

I had a small issue with the appointment & my name. I generally use my nickname that's different from the way my insurance company has my name. In addition my last name has a space - but not all computer systems can do that. My suggestion is to be consistent so you don't end up as a new patient because your name was different from the last time you were there. [Now if I can just get my computer to remember what name I used.]

The office and the doctor were amazingly helpful in getting me in for a physical exam before I headed out of state for a sudden and unexpected move. I had not been a patient of this practice for very long, only a year or two, and I am moving away so within easy for them to say "oops, sorry can't help you." I am very appreciative that I can now move away and not have to worry about finding a doctor the minute I land in my new city.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly- desk staff, nurses & doctor. I waited for <2 minutes before I was called back. Dr. Drose spent her time talking to me and I never felt rushed. I'm definitely going to start seeing her as my primary care physician and would recommend her to anyone.
