This was my first time at this office. There was virtually no wait and the exam was quick and painless. Dr. Rosenberg and his entire staff was excellent. Definitely recommend

I tend to look for female GYNs but the last one I saw at garden obgyn was horrible. I didn't listen to the reviews and I went based on a photo thinking "oh she's pretty" thinking I'd feel comfortable. Was I wrong.
Anyway I came in to see Dr. Rosenberg and he was extremely informative & provided me with more information than the last doctor at the other practice !!!! The internal exam was so fast and the female assistant stays in the room. So ladies, if that's stopping you don't let it! This is my first male doctor and I was very comfortable. He answered all of my questions and even walked me to reception to check out. ! The receptionists are super nice older women and had me laughing while in the waiting room. I felt so comfortable. The office is open late and there is hardly a wait !!!! If your looking for a new OBGYN I highly recommend Dr Rosenberg. I forgot to add he even set me up with an online patient portal to view my labs and visit!!

Dr Lewis Rosenberg has been practicing in this area for almost thirty years. Growing up on Long Island, he attended the Universidad de Guadalajara, School of Medicine and where he received his MD degree. He completed his training at Nassau County Medical Center and is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He has additional certifications in advanced laparoscopic surgical procedures. Dr Rosenberg holds a teaching position as Clinical Instructor at Hofstra University, School of Medicine
Dr. Rosenberg has been the Director of Obstetrics & Gynecology at New Island Hospital (St Joseph) for fifteen years providing leadership for area physicians and development of new hospital programs. He has served as a member of the medical board for many years, culminating in his position as Medical Staff President and Physician Honoree at the Sunshine Gala in 2005. He also serves as a board member of the North Shore Physicians Organization, New York Medical Leadership Council and is a director and secretary of Women's Health Professionals.
Using his many years of experience, Dr Rosenberg is well trained in all phases of obstetrics including care of high risk pregnancies. His surgical expertise includes routine gynecological procedures, minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures for some abnormalities of the uterus or ovaries & Novasure & Her Option endometrial ablations as alternatives to hysterectomy.

This was my first time at this office. I go to check in and they don’t have my appointment because they don’t know how to operate ZocDoc,which is where I made my initial appointment . The receptionist then took a personal phone call while checking me in and then took people on front of me even though my appointment was before theirs.
The nurse was friendly enough, but when Dr. Rosenberg came in, he was curt. He busted into the room and did not introduce himself and got straight to the physical exam without asking about prior history or getting to know me as a patient.
After the appointment, I read his appointment notes through his online system. He said that it was difficult to examine me because of my size and that we discussed my weight, which we never did. This was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Not Clean. Very outdated and did not look/feel sanitary. The girls at the front desk were eating Cheetos and other snacks and then attended to you with dirty hands. One of the girls even gave me the apparatus for my urine test with dirty hands. The doctor had no interest in taking care of me neither. He was too busy trying to get the other patient in.
