I want to say I did not meet this provider and hope her scores are not negatively impacted. A response was required about the Dr.s bedside manner before I could move forward. I selected an appointment with Dr. Collins, checked in, and was in the process of doing intake when they told me Dr. Collins was not in today and another doctor would be seeing me. I found this to be unacceptable and canceled my appointment. People come to sites like zocdoc so they can be as selective as they wish regarding medical providers they want as part of their care team. I chose Dr. Collins for a reason and the practice decided it was fine to keep her availability on the site, even as of right now at 12pm open falsely allowing patients to believe she's in today. I'm highly displeased and would not recommend this practice to anyone.

The office was very well maintained and cute. I did not like that I was seen by a different provider than I booked with, and the front desk staff could definitely be nicer. That being said, my actual exam was quick and easy.

2nd time here and my first time the experience was better. I actually got my test results. I was only treated and never told if anything was official. I called and told to sign hippa forms and someone would reach. It's been over a week since that call and almost 3 weeks since that appointment. Now I need a second opinion because I don't feel like I trust them.

My experience at this office was okay, but there were several things that made it feel unprofessional and a bit uncomfortable.
When I first arrived, they weren’t able to find my appointment, which was frustrating. After that, I was directed to the restroom and there was no toilet paper, which was disappointing.
During my visit, one of the nurses seemed distracted and was on her phone while asking me questions, which didn’t feel professional. I was then moved to another room to see the provider, who was fine, but the overall experience still felt disorganized.
I was also asked to walk in my socks to the sonogram room, and the space itself felt very small and outdated. There wasn’t proper seating for my boyfriend either.
As a young, expecting mom, I couldn’t help but feel like I wasn’t taken as seriously or treated with the level of care and professionalism I was expecting.
Overall, it just wasn’t the best experience for me, and it didn’t feel very welcoming or put together.
