Doctor is sending my daughter home in pain-order we received for ultra sound and X-ray was actually for X-ray and CT. I had to ask nurse to correct the order. Called- can't get ultra sound until tomorrow. Nurse was rude throughout visit until the end after I commented on her rudeness. Doctor said no P.E. and nurse was rude when I asked for note exusing my daughter from P.E. and school.
