I work with adults facing a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and mood or sleep disturbances.
I take time to truly listen and create individualized treatment plans that fit each person’s unique needs and goals. My approach combines compassion, education, and collaboration to help patients feel supported and empowered throughout their journey.

I never received instructions on how to join the video call as I was previously told I would be. I called the provider multiple times at the time of my appointment with no response. I left a voicemail and still no response. Would not recommend.
