I REALLY wanted to like this doctor, but unfortunately she didn’t give me a reason to. She essentially gaslit me during my entire appointment when I told her about certain health concerns I had and was dismissive, which was incredibly disappointing. She also showed up over an hour late for my appointment. The plus is the office staff is lovely! But overall, I would not recommend seeing this physician.

After much research on finding a good primary care doctor, I was very disappointed by my experience. The doctor was over 20 minutes late for my appointment (first one of the day). While I will acknowledge she listened thoroughly to all my concerns, she did downplay symptoms suggesting dehydration. Communication post appointment was poor, and the results shared were haphazard as I ended up in the ER a few days later after receiving “everything was fine” on my test results from the receptionist. She only looked at part of the test results and it turned out everything was not fine. This doctor is consistently busy and verbalized this as an excuse for lateness or being unavailable.

The doctor was kind, knowledgable, and patient. Additionally as we talked about my concerns she completed the bloodwork, which saved me time. In other offices I have to wait on a nurse to complete bloodwork but Dr. Amah completed the whole process which felt more holistic, caring, and respectful of my time. I am glad I finally found a GP that I will be going back to!

That was truly the best experience I've ever had with a doctor. Attentive, sympathetic, thoughtful, and an amazing communicator--I'd highly recommend Dr. Amah to anyone. I'm someone who has anxieties at the doctor's office, and those anxieties quickly melted away. I'm used to offices where you get rushed in and rushed out like a box is being checked, but Dr. Amah truly cares about her patients and provides an extremely personable experience where you feel like you're valued.

Wonderful practice in more ways than one. Office staff are attentive and nice. The entire office has a friendly and comforting atmosphere. In addition to the professional medical exam, the doctor additionally provided medical counseling and medical explanations in a clear way that I understood it, even if I didn't know medical terms. She was quite concerned about my health problems and recommended various next steps to improve my health. We discussed the various options for me as a patient. Very satisfied with my medical care, thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at this practice with this particular Dr. She was extremely friendly and informative. The office was cute and located in what seemed like a residential building. I went for an Annual Physical which was successful. My only and major call out would be the lack of services they could provide. I wanted to also get my Covid-19 and Flu shots and they had neither available. This was the MOST shocking to me! So just be aware this is more of a boutique practice. If you are looking for a broader scope of services this may not be the place for you.

I was seen exactly in time, maybe even a few minutes early. Dr. Amah listened to my concerns and provided empathy and solutions. I booked because I couldn’t get in to see my regular doctor while suffering with illness for too long. She treated me as if I had been her patient for years. I appreciate her bedside manner.
