This was by far the best eye doctor appointment I have ever had. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and efficient. I was informed of what i am covered for without any tricks, which was refreshingly after the last few places I've been to.

Dr. Linda Rappa graduated from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts in June 2004. Her undergraduate work was done at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in June 2000.
Dr. Rappa is therapeutics and glaucoma certified and has an American Board Certification in Medical Optometry. She has been very active in the Sacramento Valley Optometric Society and was named California Young Optometrist of the Year in 2010. She provides a full range of optometric eye care including comprehensive eye exams, cataract and LASIK co-management and contact lens fittings. Her hopes are to treat every patient as though they were family.
Outside of the office Dr. Rappa loves spending outdoor time with her husband Lance and their two dogs. Since moving from snowy Buffalo in 2006, they have enjoyed California’s great outdoors and have even become gold miners (although they don’t count on that for their retirement). Dr. Rappa has also been very active in the local Polish American Society.

My visit at Eyecenter Optometric went very well. I am newer to the area and decided to try this office as they have Saturday hours which work best with my work schedule.
Although I was not greeted by reception when walking into the office the two women were pleasant and gave me the form I needed to fill out. Once I was done with that I was called back only a minute or two later.
The woman who performed the screenings prior to seeing Dr. Rappa was very sweet and helpful. Dr. Rappa herself was great as well. She wasn't rushed, listened to my concerns, and didn't push any services or products on me (as I've had done before). The optician was very patient with me as I searched for a new glasses frame and was also very knowledgable about the best way to utilize my insurance.
Overall, I will continue to see and recommend Dr. Rappa to others.

Provided me information that was pertinent to my pre-existing conditions, while informing of my mu present diagnosis-and prognosis.
